Doing It Right
Onboard IT Tech was founded in Los Angeles in 2004 with a simple belief: technology installations should be done properly, by people who understand what they're installing, and backed by genuine support after the job is done.
Two decades later, that philosophy hasn't changed. We're still family-owned. We still answer our own phones. And every technician who works under the Onboard IT Tech name is factory-trained, licensed, and held to the standard that reflects on everything we do.
We work with homeowners in Beverly Hills and Bel Air, property managers overseeing commercial buildings downtown, and everyone in between. What all our clients share: they expect systems that work, look great, and are supported by people who stand behind their work.

2004
Founded in Los Angeles. First installations in residential security and structured cabling.
2008
Expanded into smart home automation and A/V integration. First Control4 certification achieved.
2012
Launched commercial division serving office buildings, retail, and multi-unit residential.
2016
Added 24/7 alarm monitoring through UL-listed central station partnership.
2020
Expanded services to include home theater, whole-home audio, and enterprise WiFi.
2024
